Chicken Kiev

  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs or Crushed Cereal
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Season Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Cup Melted Butter
  • 6-8 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts

Combine:

  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs or Crushed Cereal
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Season Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Dip Breast into melted butter and then press each side into the crumb mix. Coat each piece well and in the same matter. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 min. While baking combine:

  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley

to the remaining melted butter. After the 15 minute bake pour the Sauce you just made over all the cuts. Bake another 5-10 minutes until done. Let rest for 5 minutes then place on serving dish or plate up for each guest. Pour drippings into a sauce pan Add chicken stock to obtain the amount desired for gravy Thicken with cold water and corn starch
