Gluten Free baked Doughnuts

These are to be baked in a special pan. I have only been able to find them by Wilton. If you find some, I highly recommend buying them. They are a great tool to have in the kichen.

Mix up the following ingrediants:

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 cups all-purpose gluten free flour

  • 1 cup cornstartch

  • 1 cup rice flour

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


Now spoon the mixture into the lightly greesed pans.

Bake @400 derees for about 12 minutes.

When done I dip in butter or a thin glaze then colored sugar or a cinnamon sugar mix.
