- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups Brownie Mix
- Whisk all ingredients together
- Ladle small portions onto a greased griddle
- watch for the edges to go from batter to cake consistancy
- flip gentley
- cook until just done (do not over cook)
Be careful when cooking these. Keep your heat at a medium level or they will burn.
Serve as is, with fresh fruit and whipped topping, or a little bit of glaze.
