Gluten Free Double Cheese Burger Pizza

DSCN0069 These are quite simple. You can personalise them. They are tasty and fun. The first thing I do is make up a package of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust mix. After it rises I split it into 4 balls. I place 2 on opposite sides of a greased cookie sheet. Then I pat and press them out into circle like shapes. Creating a personal sized pizza shell. I then pre-bake them for about 7 minutes. I top them with crumbed and browned hamburger. We also throw in onions and green peppers while it is browning. I add salt and pepper too. At this point you can add bacon, ham, black olives, and what ever else you want. Finish off with an generous helping of cheese. Pop them back into the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned. Top them with fresh lettuce tomatoes, pickles and onions; or serve them as is. Be creative and have fun.
