Gluten Free White Trash

387176_2867937342237_1707922866_n This is a great crowd pleaser. Sweet and salty come together in such harmony. People often ask for this for Christmas, Birthday, or any present you can think of. I am not sure where this recipe first came from. My mother started making it and it became a tradition. A tasty tradition at that. Making it gluten free was not difficult. I originally left out the pretzels, but thanks to Gultino's I do not have to do that any more. I can make this with all my favorite ingredients. I recommending some in a plastic bag in the back of the cupboard if you want some. It is quick and easier then you think. So hurry on now and make yourself a batch.

  • 3 Cups Rice Chex
  • 3 Cups Corn Chex
  • 3 Cups Gluten Free Oat O's (or more Chex)
  • 3 Cups Glutino's Pretzels
  • 2 Cups Cashews
  • 1-2 Cups plain M&M's
  • 1-2 Cups peanut M&M's
  • 2 Bags White Chocolate Chips (about a pound)
  1. Combine everything but the White chocolate in a large glass bowl
  2. Place Chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 1 minute; stir; and repeat until completely melted
  3. Pour chocolate over your dry mix and stir until coated
  4. Spread out on parchment or cookie sheet and let cool
  5. EAT!
