Bread

This recipe has been in the works for quite sometime now. I was close a few times. The problems I would run into were they would tend to not taste good once they cooled or they would have little to no flavor to begin with.

DSCN0069 These are quite simple. You can personalise them. They are tasty and fun. The first thing I do is make up a package of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust mix. After it rises I split it into 4 balls. I place 2 on opposite sides of a greased cookie sheet. Then I pat and press them out into circle like shapes.

Before we went gluten free one of the things we had in the house almost all the time were Goldfish crackers or Cheese Its. So, when I discovered I could make them it was a very happy day. Now, I am not going to lie to you. These are not easy. They are a bit meticulous and temperamental. I believe they are well worth it. My husband is going to make the next batch so I do not have to roll them out any more.
